I will also be drawing on models, practices & wisdom from my work as a
Holistic Counsellor & Psychotherapist including
somatic awareness, trauma-informed space holding, focusing, parts work & more.
Each week you'll engage in content and/or practices to support the transformation, growth and awakening of your bodies of wisdom while deepening your connection to the wisdom body of Earth.

- 3 months/13 weeks Online Training via Zoom
- Includes a private 1:1 session with Stacia prior to training start date.
- Live 3hr group sessions every week with recordings of each session available to view or download via a private online channel.

Private sessions are able to be arranged at an extra cost for support during the training as required.
While there is clarity of much of the content being delivered, this training will be guided and informed by the bodies of our collective wisdom. From this place there isn't a course outline to share but rather an invitation to pause, centre yourself, feel in and trust.
