...synergy...

 am so regularly surprised by the unfolding of the human way of 'being' in the world. So many parts of us all functioning at once creating the synergy of who we each are.

After exploring many cultural landscapes across the globe I then turned my attention to traversing the many internal landscapes of us humans, and of course, how the two interact.

My journey of re-connection to my own inherent guidance system, and the many landscapes through which I continue to travel, is what inspires me to share this wisdom work with you.

When I'm anchored at the centre of my 'being' I can sense and feel all of the signals that guide me to 'be' exactly what is required.  I can't even explain why or how I just did what I did or said what I said.  My mind didn't need to understand.  I just followed the signals of my physical, feeling and energy bodies. "

I am extremely passionate about supporting people to live deep meaningful lives through bringing awareness to what it is that drives them.  I also hold a strong belief that ritual & ceremony play an important role in maintaining healthy connections to self, family, community and spirit...
